Steve is a Licking County, Ohio, native and third generation attorney practicing in the firm originally founded by his grandfather in 1914. Steve received his B.A. degree from Ohio Wesleyan University and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1973.
Steve has extensive litigation practice originally as trial counsel for the Licking County Prosecutor's Office and participated in the prosecution of a number of high profile criminal cases. He also has significant litigation experience involving personal injury, wrongful death, and insurance claims.
Steve served as Solicitor for the Village of Hebron for some 30 years and is currently serving on the Newark City Board of Zoning Appeals and Board of Revision.
His current practice focus is in the area of Domestic Relations. He has served and continues to serve on several Domestic Relations Committees and is a past President of the Licking County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers.
Tom is a Newark native who graduated from Ohio State University in 1968 with Bachelor of Arts Degree with honors. In 1974 he received a Juris Doctor degree from Capital University. He also was awarded membership in The Order of The Curia, a national honorary legal fraternity for high scholastic standing in law school.
The areas of practice preferred by Tom are estate and trust, probate administration, estate and trust income tax, business entity formation and administration, and real estate transactions. He has served as President of the Licking County Bar Association and was chairman of the Licking County Probate Court Rules Committee.
Wes received his undergraduate degree from the Ohio State University and his law degree from Capital University Law school in 1985. While in law school he was a member of the national moot Court team and the Law Review. His practice is concentrated in the areas of estate and trust administration, estate planning, real estate, small business and agricultural interests and oil and gas.
Wes served on the Licking County Board of Elections from 1992 to 2000. He presently serves as a Solicitor for the Village of Hebron, Ohio. He is licensed in the State of Ohio, United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the Supreme Court of the United States. Wes has extensive community, civic and church involvement.
David has over twenty years of legal experience in the public and private sectors at the Trial and Appellate Level. He served as First Assistant in the Licking County Prosecutor’s Office for two terms and provided legal representation to County Offices and County Officials and worked closely with the Risk Management Office. He managed outside counsel for Physicians Insurance Company of Ohio and composed and presented seminars on Sunshine Law/Public Records for Public Officials and Wills/Trusts for the general public.
His current practice includes representation of private individuals, public officials, private businesses and public offices in various areas of the law including civil litigation, personal injury, contract disputes and all appeals.
David is licensed in all Ohio Courts, the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. He currently serves as President of the Licking County Board of Developmental Disabilities, Trustee and Secretary of the Ohio Association of County Boards Serving Persons with Development Disabilities, Secretary of the Newark Civil Service Commission, and Board member of the Law Library Resources Board.
Michelle received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Case Western Reserve University in 1988 and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1991.
She began her career as an attorney for the Licking County Prosecutor’s Office in 1991. She entered private practice in 1998 and her current practice focus is in the area of Domestic Relations.
Michelle has served and continues to serve on various Domestic Relations Committees in the Licking County Domestic Relations Court. She is a member of the Licking County Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association.
She has served on the Board of Pathways of Central Ohio and is actively involved in her church, St. Frances De Sales.
